She sat silently
Her eyes fixated on the twinkling in the dull night sky
Awaiting her supernova
She tore herself away from reality and once again she was dancing among the stars. Her footsteps carefully positioned among the constellations.
Her tears fell upon the moon, creating small craters, her memories creating black holes. A shooting star shimmered across the sky, which once was her playground. She found herself placed back among the streetlights, and as she walked down 5th avenue she swore she'd never gaze at the stars again.
